Policies |

· Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This enables coaches to begin and end instruction in a timely manner. · Please call the office prior to class/practice if you are going to be absent. · If you know in advance of an absence, please inform your coach via e-mail or in writing. |

· Cheerleaders should arrive in shorts, t-shirt (not loose and baggy), and athletic/cheer shoes. · Hair should be worn in a pony tail or "messy bun". At no time should hair be left down. · No jewelry or hats! · Nails should be trimmed short and unable to be seen when looking at the palm of your hand. Imitation nails are not permitted. Long nails can cause injuries. |
Attitude |

· Respectful treatment of all team members and coaches is mandatory. Remember: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." · Failure to be respectful will result in removal from Cheer Eruption All-Stars. This applies to parents and cheerleaders. |
Weather Closings/Cancellations |
|
· Cheer Eruption will be closed if the Frederick County Public Schools close early or cancel classes. · A recording will be on the voice mail at the gym (540-678-1777). · Make-ups for cancelled instructional classes will be posted in the gym. · All-Star teams will not make-up practices due to inclement weather. These teams will make-up this time by the extra practices that are called during the competition season. |
Payments |

· Monthly tuition is due on or before the 25th of the current month for the upcoming month. · Payments received after the 1st of each month will be assessed a $10 late fee. · An additional late fee of $15 is accessed after the 7th of the month. · Cheer Eruption will accept payments without a late fee if prior arrangements have been made with the management. We strive to be family and financially friendly. · Returned checks (regardless of the reason) will be assessed a $25 fee. · We accept Visa and MasterCard, in addition to traditional payment options of cash or check. · If you drop out of classes and choose to return at a later date, the registration fee will be assessed when you re-enroll. |
